Crisp County 5MW Power Generation Gas Turbine
Warwick, Georgia
Crisp County Power Commission (CCPC) and a private client teamed with Crowder and ICT on this EPC for the design, engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning of a new 5MW Power Generation Facility. Our team designed the plant for integration into the customer’s existing electric power distribution system.
The new plant delivers power at 4.16Kv to the low voltage side of an existing 10MVA transformer. CCPC connected the high side of the transformer to the existing 45kV distribution equipment. The controls and electrical systems were designed to allow the new generators to operate in parallel with the utility and the existing electrical bus
