Cary White Oak Creek Greenway, MacArthur Section

This
project focused on the construction of ½ mile of pedestrian
improvements consisting of 1,191 LF of concrete greenway, 102 LF of
pedestrian tunnel under CSXT railroad, 916 LF of concrete boardwalk,
and 355 LF of sidewalk. The Project also includes installation of new
storm drain structures and pipe as well as sewer pipe replacement
including landscaping to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood.
Initially Crowder cleared and grubbed, graded and installed all storm
drain. Crowder also self-performed a 60 ft sewer replacement
including a 16-inch steel casing to handle the weight of the new
cast-in-place retaining wall and associated embankment.
