The Boat Harbor Treatment Plant Switchgear and Controls Replacement was a $6.8 Million project, under Hampton Roads Sanitation District and HDR. The project consisted of upgrades to the current plant’s electrical infrastructure, approximately 500’ of duct bank, and construction of a new building housing the plant’s main switchgear. The project also consisted of modifications to the plant’s generator building and control room.
