Plant in Suffolk

This project was developed as part of an effort to replenish the Virginia Coastal Plain aquifer through the implementation of the Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT) Program. The SWIFT Research Center is part of the first phase of implementation of the SWIFT program and is expected to open April 2018.
