Crowder is honored to be a 2022 DBIA National Design-Build Project/Team Merit Award Winner for the Providence Road Offline Storage Facility and Woodstock Park Improvements project. HRSD and the City of Virginia Beach led a strategic partnership to construct this partially-buried, 5.2 million gallon offline storage facility with a 30,000 sq. ft. skate park integrated into the tank roof and sides. The project benefits public health, the environment and park users, all while saving taxpayer dollars by constructing the storage facility and park upgrades concurrently.

We look forward to celebrating this honor alongside other project teams at DBIA’s award ceremony in November, where recipients of National Awards of Excellence and Project of the Year will also be announced.
