The scope of work involved the demolition and removal of an existing railcar coal dump structure, a rotary car dumper, existing hoppers, an existing crusher building and an existing coal conveyor system located in and out of an existing rail receiving coal conveying tunnel. The following equipment was installed, a new railcar shaker bottom discharge unloading system, railcar positioning equipment, an in-line railcar scale system, a crusher tower building with associated crusher equipment, a sampling system structure, belt scales, transfer tower, dust suppression system, a dust collection system, electrical and control buildings and a receiving conveyor system. All major work was executed direct hire self-perform: demolition, civil, concrete, steel erection, equipment erection, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation/control systems.
The scope of work for this project included Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a wastewater treatment facility to support the flue gas de-sulfurization project. This project scope included site work, roadways, storm drainage system, concrete foundations for the tanks and buildings, two pre-engineered buildings, a concrete bio-reactor, a concrete filtrate sump, two clarifiers, structural steel and fiberglass tanks. Crowder direct hired self-performed the major work, including underground piping and electrical, foundations, equipment erection, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation/control systems.
The scope of work for this project was to construct a power house facility at the Richard B. Russell Hydroelectric Dam for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. The project included the placement of more than 160,000 cubic yards of concrete, structural steel erection, extensive piping, installation of four (4) 75mw turbines, miscellaneous equipment erection, electrical and instrumentation/control systems.
